At Heartmade by Geet, each item is lovingly handcrafted and made to order — which means your piece is made just for you! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. Processing Time

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment for handmade items.Each piece is made by hand, and time is needed to mix custom colors, cure materials, assemble, and package with care.

  • For Giti jewels(demi-fine) section shipping time is 5-7 business days.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed, standard Delivery timelines apply:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location & customs clearance)

Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is shipped.


3. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier services such as India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and international partners via Shopify Shipping or Shiprocket to ensure safe and reliable delivery.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (check current promotions or banner offers).


5. Handmade Variations

Items that are handmade in small batches:

  • Minor variations in color, size, texture, or pattern are natural and part of the charm of owning something truly handcrafted.

  • We try our best to match what you see in photos, but every batch of clay and resin may behave a little differently. These are not considered defects.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Heartmade by Geet is not liable for delays due to customs processes.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or customs

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

If you face an issue, please email us — we’ll try our best to assist, but replacements or refunds are at our discretion based on the situation.
